“Where there is woman, there is magic,” stated Ntozake Shange. So, not surprisingly when the recent Women Wellness 2.0 Festival was officiated by YB Hannah Yeoh, Minister of Youth and Sports, alongside founders Diane Chia, Raja Jesrina Arshad and Sarah Lian, the excitement in the air was contagious.

This second Wellness Festival which culminated in a day of purpose where passion and community came together attracted some 500 mostly women attendees, a majority of them spending their entire day there.

The full-day celebration of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection at PARC Subang on 8 November 2025 was beyond a success.

Embodying the theme “Wellness in Motion,” this year’s festival featured more than 40 workshops, talks, panels, and experiential activities. In addition to this, the festival was supported by 40 wellness brands and partners – making it one of Malaysia’s largest and most comprehensive women-centric wellness festivals.

Delivering her speech, YB Hannah Yeoh commended the organisers for contributing to the nation’s effort in building healthier, more resilient communities.

“This festival aligns with our mission at the Ministry of Youth and Sports to champion active lifestyles, mental resilience, and holistic wellbeing,” she said.

“When women are empowered to prioritise their health, our families, communities and country become stronger. Events like this create a supportive space where women can move, connect, and thrive together,” she added.

Attendees were seen immersing themselves in “Connect, Grow, and Elevate” sessions, participating in various outdoor and indoor workshops that included breathwork, journaling, and expert-led workshops on self-awareness, longevity, and empowerment.

A key highlight was the “Founders Chat” – where the founders shared their personal reflections on friendship, balance, and empowerment as well as how community plays a transformative role in women’s wellness.

The festival ended with an intimate sharing “Just Stories” session, led by Jasmine King – bringing together the day’s reflections on sisterhood and connection.

The Women Wellness Festival 2.0 which continues the success of its maiden festival last year represents a collaborative initiative by Millennia Village, Purely B, and Supparetreat founded by celebrity Sarah Lian and her two friends – Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village and

UNITED BY A SHARED PASSION FOR WELLNESS

Coming together based on a shared passion for wellness, the festival is dedicated to helping women Connect, Recharge and Grow through a holistic and community-driven experience.

Building on the success of its first edition in January 2025, the festival has now grown into the largest women’s wellness gathering in Malaysia.

Diane Chia, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Millennia Village is positive that the festival will only grow bigger and better.

“We are deeply honoured to have had YB Hannah Yeoh officiate the festival and champion the importance of women’s wellbeing,” she said.

She also acknowledged how all of this would not have been possible without the support of the sponsors, partners and every single person who showed up today with an open heart.

“Our goal was to create a safe and inspiring space where women can learn, connect, and invest in themselves. Seeing this community show up for one another reminds us that when women support women, incredible things can happen,” she said.

Raja Jesrina Arshad, Founder and CEO of PurelyB agreed.

“This festival surpassed all (our) expectations – from the energy, to the turnout (as well as) the depth of conversations happening across every session.”

Wellness according to her, is not just an individual journey. Rather, it is a collective experience.

“Collaborating with our sponsors and partners enabled us to bring a richer, more holistic experience to every individual. Together, we are redefining what it means to live well and to show up with intention,” she said.

Sarah Lian, Founder of Supparetreat reiterated both their sentiments summarising that being part of Women Wellness Festival 2.0 has been “incredibly meaningful”.

“To witness women not only show up for themselves, but also each other, reminds us why we started this movement in the first place,” she enthused.

“I’m grateful to have contributed to a space that encourages community, healing and self-discovery. We’re already excited for what’s next,” she said hinting that next year’s festival would definitely be larger than life.

The festival was proudly powered by Shveta Labs, and DeRUCCI, with partners BMW Millenium Welt, PARC, Satu Creative, Etika, Hammam Spa, and Aura Regenerative Wellness Clinic, further strengthening its mission of supporting women on their journey toward intentional living, balance, and purpose.

Women Wellness Festival 2.0 continues to redefine wellness not as a privilege, but as a lifestyle encouraging every woman to leave feeling seen, inspired and empowered to prioritise her well-being.
