The Malaysian Interior Industry Partners Association (MIIP) proudly announced the highly anticipated 2026 MIIP Interior Industry Awards will take place on Oct 24, 2026, at the Andaman Grand Ballroom in Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MIIP President Elvin Tay (\u90d1\u751f\u8d22) said \u201cA strong interior industry is not built by price competition alone, but by professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity, and the courage to protect our local interior industry together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s Awards Chairperson Sean Toh (\u82cf\u7115\u5091) concurred saying that every time one steps into a grand ballroom, a well crafted restaurant, or a flagship retail space, the experience of that undeniable ‘wow factor\u2019 is preceded by other details and groundwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs industry insiders, we know that magic doesn’t happen by accident. Heeding our Awards theme this year, \u2018Beyond the Surface\u2019, it is the result of the perfect synergy between visionary designers, excellent craftsmanship of fit-out contractors, and the high-quality materials provided by our material suppliers,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MIIP Awards Competition, first established in 2014, aims to recognise excellence in design and craftsmanship among members of the Association. These awards highlight the professional services rendered by individuals and organisations, showcasing quality workmanship in fit-out programmes, supply of products, installations, and the innovative use of materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s competition, based on projects completed during the period from January 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be judged by representatives from prestigious organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MIIP welcomes all interior fit-out contractors, material suppliers and interior designers to participate in this prestigious awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
