GCCM is an event to promote and share Malaysia\u2019s culinary arts, cultures and other skills with local and international contestants. GCCM is also the only Chinese cuisine competition held in Malaysia that are recognized certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GCCM in 2019,2022, 2024 & 2025 were successful and received great feedback from all parties.The event was not only attracted local F&B restaurants and companies, but also attracted many F&B related parties from foreign countries. The interaction and sharing of skills between all participants were indeed beneficial to all parties. \u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u53f2\u4e0a\u9996\u6b21\u4e5f\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u4ee5\u4e2d\u9910\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u9910\u996e\u98ce\u683c\u7684\u6bd4\u8d5b\u5e76\u5f97\u5230\u4e16\u754c\u53a8\u5e08\u534f\u4f1a(WACS)\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684<\/p>\n\n\n\n
