{"id":7503,"date":"2025-09-29T13:53:12","date_gmt":"2025-09-29T06:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/paparazzi.com.my\/?p=7503"},"modified":"2025-09-29T13:53:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T06:53:12","slug":"help-university-shines-at-food-hospitality-fhm-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/paparazzi.com.my\/newthemepaparazzi\/2025\/09\/29\/help-university-shines-at-food-hospitality-fhm-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"HELP University Shines at Food &amp; Hospitality (FHM) 2025!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HELP University Students Secure Champion and Gold Medals at Malaysia Culinaire 2025 and MAHIR Competitions Food &amp; Hospitality (FHM) 2025 competitions held from 23rd to 25th September 2025.<\/p>\n<p><b>KUALA LUMPUR, 29 September 2025<\/b> \u2013 Students from the School of Hospitality and Tourism at HELP University achieved remarkable success at the prestigious <b>Malaysia Culinaire 2025<\/b> and the <b>Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR) Housekeeping competitions<\/b>, held in conjunction with Food &amp; Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025 from 23rd to 25th September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The team&#8217;s strategic preparation and rigorous training led to top honors, demonstrating their readiness for national professional excellence.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Individual Achievements<\/h3>\n<p>HELP University students excelled across technical and creative categories, securing a Champion title and two Gold medals:<\/p>\n<p><b>Bed Making Competition (Individual Junior):<\/b> <b>James Ng Jia Yu<\/b> was crowned <b>Champion<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mocktail Competition:<\/b> <b>Howard Chong Zhan Hao<\/b> earned a <b>Gold Medal<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Malaysian Local Fruit Caramelization &amp; Flamb\u00e9:<\/b> <b>Alvin Wong Min Juin<\/b> also secured a <b>Gold Medal<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>These victories underscore the students&#8217; dedication, technical mastery, and creative flair, confirming their strong competencies within the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n<h3>Commitment to Excellence and Mentorship<\/h3>\n<p>The achievements are a testament to the comprehensive training and strategic mentorship provided by the School of Hospitality and Tourism faculty.
